Our Facility
Conveniently located off Shelbyville Road near the intersection of Hurstbourne Parkway. We have private office space in a secured building. Please note that our facility does not have an elevator and you will need to walk upstairs to the third floor.
About Me
After suffering tendinitis, I was not able to lift any weight for years. I started to explore other options for muscle strengthening and realized there is technology that can replicate heavy repetitive lifting. The benefit of muscle strengthening is well beyond the visual aesthetic, our bodies function better with a healthy muscle mass, especially as we fight aging.
